Sea Breeze Farm is a diverse, multi-species, “beyond organic”, grass-based animal farm.
We practice an intensive pasture rotation in lieu of commercial fertilizers. Our freely-ranging poultry flocks effectively forage, fertilize and cleanse the pastures behind our dairy herd. The resulting meat, dairy and eggs are remarkably flavorful, gorgeously colored and fantastically healthful. It goes without saying that no herbicides, pesticides, antibiotics or artificial inputs exist on our farm. We take pride in our commitment to sustainable, traditional, and healthful whole-food production.
Currently, La Boucherie is open Tuesday through Saturday for retail, Wednesday through Saturday for lunch, and Friday and Saturday for supper. Call us for a reservation: 206.567.4628.
I have heard of your farm for quite some time – we have similar customers (I am an importer of natural cultural foods from Spain and Latin America). Do you accept farm volunteers? I live in Seattle and am interested in volunteering on a weekly basis. In particular, I am interested in animal husbandry.
